Family life in modern families
Family life in modern families has changed greatly over time, adapting to current needs, values and social circumstances. Although each family is unique, there are certain aspects that tend to be common in modern families.
Modern families are also more diverse in their composition. There are traditional nuclear families, but we also find single-parent families, same-sex parent families, reconstituted families (with children from previous marriages) and multigenerational families.
